Some might question if it’s a good time to buy, especially given the current higher interest rates compared to the past decade. However, what I’m observing is that first-time homebuyers are taking advantage of the current market conditions and securing contracts. The reduced competition allows serious buyers to acquire properties without overpaying…Looking ahead, when interest rates drop in the coming year, the landscape may change. Lower rates often lead to increased competition, potentially resulting in bidding wars and a surge in property prices. Therefore, in my opinion, the current period presents a favorable opportunity to buy a home. By doing so now, you not only avoid potential bidding wars but also position yourself advantageously in a market that may become more competitive in the near future.
